楊桃品種改良

Abstract

為提高省產楊桃果實品質，提供多樣化楊桃製品，本計畫以選育果汁加工用及鮮食用品種為目標。除從國外引入優良品種進行區域試種外，另由雜交育種初選出專屬果汁加工用之酸味種新品系：10-27、10-36，目前在產地林、花壇、屏東等處與原生酸味種進行試作觀察。 To increase local carambola fruit quality and provide versatile produce selections, this plan aims to pick up breeding varieties for use on processed variety and fresh variety purpose. In addition to introducing suprior overseas breed for proceeding regional test planting, the primary selection of new breeds dedicately variety for processing rework from the hybride i.e. 10-27,10-36 which urrentyly undergo test planting with original acid breed at Linnai, Huatan, Pintung, etc.
