為瞭解高溫菇菌絲生長生理及栽培最適下種量,乃從事以下各項試驗,結果如下:一、菌絲生長以30℃最好,15℃以下及40℃以上,15天內不會生長,39℃為菌絲生長最高臨界溫度。
In order to understand the physiology and the adequate spawning quantity of Agaricus bitorquis, we have done the following experiments: 1. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was 30℃ ; below 15℃ or above 40℃, mycelia could not grow in 15 days ; 39℃ was the maximum temperature for mycelial growth.
