亞麻抗立枯病系統之篩選

Abstract

亞麻抗立枯病系統之篩選應溯自民國61/62年期從發病田選拔抗立枯病單株開始。民國62年於工公司亞麻廠草屯農場內設立永久性亞麻立枯病圃一處，供長期篩選抗品系試驗，民國62/63年期病圃測定抗病單株之抗病性，僅留存有抗病性單株後代(第二年)繼續篩選。民國63/64年期分「抗病單株系統純化」和「抗病單株後代混合篩選」兩方面進行。 Selections of flax plants from diseased fields for resistance to fusarium wilt were done in the winter of 1972, and a permanent Fusarium-wilt nursery was also established in Tsau-tun in the summer of that year. There were only 23 out of 120 genetic lines survived from the disease nursery test in the first year (1972-1973 flax growing period).
