Abstract
Rice is the most important crop in Taiwan, its production influences the economic prosperity of the island. Earlier information of grain yield is therefore a necessity in policy making. This study was designed to find out the possibility of yield prediction of rice on a crop-specific basis by means of data analysis of the yield components.
