Abstract
黃麻為目前最理想之包裝用麻袋原料，乃臺灣主要纖維作物之一，已有悠久栽培歷史。日據時期，曾經竭力推廣。至民國28年栽培面積達23,000公頃。而單位面積產量則極低，每公頃精洗麻產量祇有677公斤，不敷自給自足，歷年均有麻袋及纖維輸入。
