Abstract
1.防除香蕉粉介殼蟲 (Dysmicoccus brevipes (Cookerall)), 本省蕉農雖多應用"臺灣省植物保護推廣手冊"所列之方法，但為工作方便及節省費用仍然有人在採收前始噴藥於香蕉果實。惟在蕉果噴藥過程中，有關噴藥時期，噴藥次數以及噴藥部位對于殺蟲效果之影響，過無尚無試驗資料。
1. For controlling banana mealybugs-Dysmicoccus brevipes (Cockerell), the banana crchardists are mostly adopt the spray method in accordance with the green book of plant protection in Taiwan, but some ones are used to spray chemicals on banana fruits before harvest for the sakes of the convenience and economy. But it is regretable in negligence of study on influence of effectiveness in relation to the spray-period frequency and portion.
