Abstract
(一)本試驗於民國55年9月間開始栽植，密植度除畦距100公分，行距50公分固定相同外，株距共分為四種處理：(A) 30公分(每公頃栽植40,000株)，(B) 27公分(公頃栽植45,000株)，(C)24公分(公頃栽植50,000株)，(D)21公分(公頃栽植57,000株)，重複三次，完全隨機區組設計，每小區面積81平方公尺(9公尺X9公尺)每小區栽植6畦，其中一半(3畦)用電石處理。
(二)生育情形：各種處理間之葉數，愈密植者愈少，葉寬並無差異，而葉長以密植度越高似有愈長之傾向，且葉片亦愈呈直立生長狀態。
1. A super-close Planting field experiment on pineapple of Smooth Cayenne variety has been carried out since 1966 through 1968. The seedlings were planted in September, 1966. There were 16 plots, and the area of each plot was 81 square meters (9mX9m), in which half of them were treated with Calcium Carbid, and the rest were untreated. The spacing between beds (2 rows) was 100cm, spacing between rows was 50 cm, but spacing between plants differed from treatments.
(A) 30 cm (40,000 plants per hectare)
(B) 27 cm (45,000 plants per hectare)
(C) 24 cm (50,000 plants per hectare)
(D) 21 cm (57,000 plants per hectare)
All plots were arranged in random with three duplication.
