Abstract
本試驗以10個不同株型水稻品種為材料分別測定水稻競爭力及密度效應。競爭試驗在25X5公分之栽植密度下擧行並以稗稈稻為共同競爭力測定品種。密度效應試驗則在25X40，25X20，25X10與25X5公分等4種栽植密度下進行。
Competitive ability, density response, and the relationship between competitive ability and density response in rice were investigated with 10 rice varieties of different plant type. Competitive ability was measured at the spacing of 25 x 5 cm whereas four spacing namely 25 x 40, 25 x 20, 25 x 10, and 25 x 5 cm were used for density response.
