Abstract
(1)本報告為研究高山低產地區，水稻栽培品種及栽培方法之優劣及其適應性，選定北部高山地區為試驗對象，並採用早熟品種及晚熟品種，針對當地氣溫之變化觀察檢討耕種上之得失及產量高低之原因等供為改進之參考。
(2)高山地區的氣溫，經調查結果隨海拔高度之差異，每增加100公尺之高度，其氣溫降低0.6℃~1.0℃左右，所以地勢高，其氣溫愈低，致影響稻作生育。至海拔300~400公尺以上時，一年間可供稻作生育的高溫期間為3月下旬至10月中旬，...
1. This experiment is to study the adaptation of different rice varieties and their cultural methods in the mountain district of northern Taiwan. Both early-maturing and late-maturing varieties were used in the experiment. The causes of low-yielding and the merits and demerits of the cultural methods in these district were discussed.
2. The temperature in mountain district varies with elevation Generally the temperature decreases when the elevatio increases. According to this investigation, there was an increase of about 0.6℃ to 1.0℃ for every increase of 100m.
