瓊麻渣栽培草菇之研究

Abstract

一、草菇是一種風味甚佳之食用菌菇，自古即被經濟栽培。近年來，本省恒春地區瓊麻農紛紛利用瓊麻渣代替稻草栽培之。但因缺適當之栽培管理方法影響草菇產量甚大。因是本分所特在恒春進行本項研究，以期探討瓊麻渣栽培草菇之經濟價值及合理之栽培管理方法，供為麻農栽培草菇之參考。 Straw mushroom, Volvariella volvacea (Fries) Qual., is an edible fungus. It has long been cultivated by human being especially the oriental as food because of its excellent flavour. Rice straw is the materials long being used for growing this mushroom, but it has been substituted by sisal tows in Hengchun sisal growing area in the recent years.
