Abstract: 
利用玉米全套轉座染色體系統可以簡便的釐定各種基因歸屬之染色體,但目前廣泛使用之轉座系統係來自不同來源,其遺傳背景不盡相同,不適於研究數量性狀,故本試驗中乃利用回交法建立全套轉座染色體同源系,提供國內外玉米遺傳育種學家,進行玉米數量性狀之研究和改良。
The whole set of reciprocal translocation stocks were introduced and can be used to locate genes on the specific chromosomes in corn. But these stocks were collected from different sources, they cannot be effectively ultilized for quantitative genetic analysis. This study was conducted to reestablish the whole set of reciprocal translocation stocks of the similar genetic background (i.e. isogenic lines) by the method of back crossing.
