Differences among 4 tested cultivars, namely Tainung 57, Tainung 64, Tainung 66 and Okinawa 100, in their abilities to withstand flooding have been observed. Flooding caused decreasing in sink capacity i.e., size and number of tuberous roots, but increased fresh weight of the shoot. Flooding enhanced senescence of lower leaves and base rot of vine cuttings. skin color of tuberous roots was also changed by the treatment of flooding. 本研究主要探討淹水對甘藷所造成之影響。不同試品種對淹水之反應不同,淹水降低甘藷塊根之大小與數目,但增加地上部分之鮮重。淹水處理後之甘藷其葉片表現老化現象,同時莖蔓基部腐爛呈黑色,塊根表皮亦因淹水處理而改變顏色。 |
