Abstract
本研究從褐飛蝨(Nilaparvata lugens (Stal))的胚胎發育，探討該蟲以卵期越冬的可能性。在晚秋及冬季，每週使褐飛蝨在水稻上產卵，然後排出卵塊，置於保持濕度的小培養皿內，在室外條件下培養，觀察褐飛蝨卵的胚胎發育及孵化情形；同時由野外定期取樣再生稻50株，調查褐飛蝨卵數及其胚胎發育情形。
The overwinter of brown planthopper (Nilaparvata lugens ) with its egg stage are studied under the outdoor conditions with the materials collecting stage are studied under the outdoor conditions with the materials collecting from the fields. The eggs deposited in the period between the end of Nov. 1983 and the end of Feb. 1982 are incubated under the outdoor conditions.
