Abstract

鳳梨為我國第二大果樹產業，更是第一大外銷水果品項，本指引針對鳳梨的品種、栽培、營養管理、病蟲害防治、採後處理到分級包裝，臚列介紹及說明，並提醒農民於外銷時需注意之操作細節。 Pineapple is the second largest fruit industry and it is also the largest export fruit item in Taiwan. This handbook focuses on pineapple varieties, cultivation, nutritional management, pest control, post-harvest treatment, and grading packaging. It introduces topics, gives guidance, and reminds farmers of operational aspects that must be taken into account while exporting.
