以水洗法收集葉蟎卵的簡易裝置

Abstract

利用實驗室內常用的器材可以組成一套簡易的水洗裝置，收集葉蟎卵，以提供研 究工作使用。運用水耕法種植大豆，繁殖二點葉蟎(Tetranychus urticae)，再利用25L 蒸餾 水桶改裝的水洗器具，可以將大豆植株上的葉蟎卵洗下，並經由不同網目的篩網過濾後收集起來。 The equipment for collecting eggs of mites was developed from common materials used in the laboratory. Soybeans, the host plants of the two-spotted spider mite, Tetranychus urticae Koch, were cultured hydroponically in plastic trays. A 25 L round plastic bottle usually used for dispensing sterile water was modified as a washing container. Eggs of mites were washed from the soybeans in the washing container and then were collected on a series of graduated fine-mesh screens.
