Abstract
本研討會專刊介紹農業試驗所鳳山熱帶園藝試驗分所過去一年多來的研究成果，包含三大議題分別為育種與生理特性探討、耐熱與環境調適技術、採後處理與永續栽培模式。期望藉由本次研討會引發深入討論，推動園藝產業的進步，並促成更多的合作與交流。
This proceedings of the symposium introduce the research achievements of the Fengshan Tropical Horticultural Experiment Branch of the Taiwan Agricultural Research Institute over the past year. The publication covers three major topics: breeding and physiological characteristics, heat tolerance and environmental adaptation techniques, and postharvest handling and sustainable cultivation models. It is expected that this symposium will encourage meaningful discussions, drive progress in the horticultural industry, and foster greater collaboration and exchange.
