Abstract: | 唐菖蒲切花近10 年持續大量以冷藏貨櫃海運外銷日本,且其品質廣受市場肯定。低溫貯運雖然可降低切花呼吸作用,延長貯運期限,但貯運後的切花,若事先未經迫吸處理,出庫後瓶插表現往往比未經貯運切花不佳。本報告以唐菖蒲切花作為研究材料,包括銷日重要唐菖蒲切花品種`Pink Princess’、`Amsterdam’、`Sun Bright’、`Peter Pears、`Novalux’、`Red Beauty’等,於5℃模擬貯運下,冷藏0,3,7,10 天不等,進行採收後處理之研究。在各種處理方式中,整體切花觀賞品質以1-MCP 燻蒸,配合20﹪蔗糖溶液之迫吸處理20 小時者最佳。無論何種藥劑處理,其對切花品質的改善程度,處理組和對照組的外觀差異,均隨切花貯藏期間之延長而加大。使用STS、20﹪蔗糖水溶液、1-MCP、STS 添加蔗糖以及1-MCP 添加蔗糖等藥劑,於切花貯藏前進行迫吸及/或燻蒸處理,可明顯改善受處理切花之貯藏後瓶插品質,主要作用包括總開花數增加,最大花朵直徑增大以及花穗瓶插壽命延長等。測定切花之呼吸作用則顯示,添加蔗糖者,呼吸速率初期大於對照組,但可延後呼吸高峰之出現時間。在乙烯釋放量變化情形方面,`Pink Princess'及`Peter Pears'在貯藏過後乙烯釋放量均有上升的現象,以STS 處理者乙烯釋放量更高,但蔗糖迫吸者則較低,無論處理為何,花朵老化期間也都有乙烯量上升的趨勢。 The effect of sucrose pulsing and/or various ethylene inhibitors on the opening and senescence of cut gladiolus flowers will be investigated in the present study. Cultivar tested included ‘Pink Princess’, ‘Amsterdam’, ‘Sun Bright’, ‘Peter Pears’, ‘Novalux’, ‘Red Beauty’. Sucrose pulsing and/or ethylene inhibitors pretreatment effectively enhance the floret opening and hense the overall quality of all cultivars tested. Respiration of the sucrose-pulsed florets were enhanced and ethylene production were suppressed in most cutivars. It is expected that the results will be recommended to the grower and exporter to increase their profitability and improve the national competibility of Taiwan flowers. |
