Abstract
將茶捲葉峨性費洛蒙合成劑三成分(Z)-11-tetradeceny1 acetate(Z11-TDA), (Z)-9-dodecenyl acetate (Z9-DDA), 11-dodecenyl acetate (11-DDA)配成88:9:3的比例，劑量為0.1mg，注入塑膠微管中，並固定在黏著式誘蟲盒上蓋內，於田間做大量誘殺。五個試區對復代幼蟲的防治率分別為100％、0、71.9％、87.6％及42.3%，試驗結果顯示，茶捲葉蛾合成性費洛蒙依上述配方在茶園每隔4行茶樹設立一排誘蟲盒，每個誘蟲盒問隔約15 公尺，在後齡幼蟲至蛹的時候設立至少2個月，性費洛蒙每l-1.5 個月更換一次，可達到防治的效果。此外，茶姬捲葉蛾及茶捲葉蛾兩種性費洛蒙合併黏在同一個黏著式誘蟲盒使用，會干擾誘引效果，以分聞黏在個別誘蟲盒使用為宜。
The synthetic sex pheromone of tea tortrix, Horn ona magnanirna Diakonoff was tested by mass trapping for control. Three components, (Z)-11-tetradecenyl acetate(Z11-TDA), (Z)-9-dodecenyl acetate(Z9-DDA), 11-dodecenyl acetate(11-DDA) were mixed in the blend of 88:9:3 in plastic microtube with the content of 0.1mg. The sticky traps with microtube were set per five rows of tea trees and 15 meters intervals at the row. The results showed that the control rate to the larvae of the next generation was 100%, 0, 71.9%, 87.6% and 42.3% respectively in five field test. So, the efficacy of the synthetic sex pheromone of this formula was obviously. Another test showed that the efficacy of using both sex pheromone of smaller tea tortrix and tea tortrix separately in different sticky trap was better than using together in the same sticky trap. Sex pheromone of smaller tea tortrix and tea tortrix were used in different sticky trap to avoid of disruption.
