Abstract: | 愛文芒果為本省重要經濟果樹之一。輸日芒果以硬熟果為主,採收後經去梗、清洗、選別及分級後,再經蒸熱處理,蒸熱處理條件為46.5℃,30分鐘,目的在使果實蠅之蟲卵失去孵化能力;爾後再經運輸、催熟、及櫥架管理與販售。 The Irwin mango is an important component of tropical fruit industry contributing significantly to the economic and agricultural development in Taiwan. The fresh fruits were harvested at hard-mature stage and exported to Japan. Before exporting, mangoes were destalked, washed, sorted, and vapor heat treated in local packing houses. An effective vapor heat treatment is to heat the inner pulp of mango fruits to 46.5℃ for 30 minutes in order to completely eliminate larvae as well as matured fruit flies. After vapor heat treatment, the fruits were packed, transported in a refrigerated container for the oversea market. |
