Abstract: | 為提高省產釀酒葡萄的品質,慎選親本,採行雜交育種法,從因子重組和遺傳變異的實生後裔中,篩選適應本地氣候環境及質量兼優的新品種。 本育種工作,自民國63(1974)年開始,已進行多年,前後從200多個交配組合的種子中,共培植成6,300餘株,以高糖分(18˚Brix以上)、低酸(0.7~0.9%)或富含Muscat果香等品質因子為改良目標,計選出Bll06,E0632,G3301,1020210,1020512,1020518及J11005,J1616,J19131等較佳植株;部份優良株系,已選送釀酒葡萄產區之后里及二林,作地方試驗,進行適應性測驗,釀酒品評及栽培價值評估等,以期擇優推廣,或供品種更新之需。 This breeding program has been carrying out by hybridizing procedures, using the carefully selected parental varieties of superior germplasm from collected varieties. New wine grape breeding lines, with good yield and quality, as well as adapting to the local weather and conditions, were screened from the offsprings of gene recombined and mutational seedlings. From 1974 to 1987, during this period, 6367 hybridized seedlings were obtained from 228 combinations. The promising lines, B1106, E0632, G3301, I020210, I020518, and J11005, J1616, J19131 etc., were selected, based on high sugar content (higher than 18˚Brix), low total acid (0.7-0.9%) or with muscat flavour. Some of the superior breeding lines have been tentatively planted in wine grape growing areas, Houli and Erhlin, for local test, adaptive test, comparison test of wine samples and commercial production evaluation etc., before any of the breeding lines can be released. |
