台灣傳統果樹品種改良工作一般僅注重新品種質與量的提升而己,對於統計學、遺傳學與分杛遺傳學的探較少,利用統計學探究果樹各不同性狀的遺傳力在果樹育種上也較不受重視。本文介紹一些利用遺傳力而獲得相成功的果樹育種實例,從諸多遺傳力間決定一個與產量有直接相關的性狀,據此性狀作為決定實生後代的選拔策略,是改進果樹育種效率最簡單、最便宜且最有效的方法,可供參考借鏡。
Traditional fruit breeding in Taiwan mostly concentrated on improving fruit quality of new cultivar. The field of statistics, genetics and molecular genetics study almost were neglected. The purpose of this review is to offer some the heritability of fruit traits could be used to determine a strategy which is the simplest, least expensive and most effective breeding methods for progeny preselection to increase fruit breeding efficiency.
