Abstract
本報告係腦菌病之初步生理研究，其結果摘要如下：
1.腦菌病菌絲於24℃~28℃生長良好，洋菇菌絲於20℃~24℃生長良好。
2.腦菌病菌絲於60形左右之含量之堆肥中，生長良好，洋菇菌絲仍在含水量60%之環境中生長良好，兩者相似。
3.腦菌病菌絲於pH值5.0~5.2生長良好，洋菇菌絲則於pH6.8~7.0生長良好，兩者生長適宜之pH值不同。
A primary report on the physiological investigation on cultivated mushroom and truffle disease causal organism was compared.
1. Maximum growth of the mycelium of truffle was between 24℃~28℃, while maximum growth for mushroom was between 20℃~24℃.
2. The mycelium of truffle as well as the mycelium of mushroom grew well in the compost containing 60% water.
3. The optimum pH for the growth of the mycelium of truffle was 5.0~5.2 but the pH optimum for mushroom was pH 6.8~7.0.
