Abstract
有機農產品管理作業要點：「遵守自然資源循環永續利用原則，不允許使用合成化學物質，強調水土資源保育與生態平衡之管理系統，並達到生產自然安全農產品目標之農業。」，是我國有機農業的基本定義。因此在自然資源循環永續利用原則下，資材的使用應以農場或當地農畜產廢棄資源循環利用為主，並應注意自然生態及土壤養分供應系統的平衡。設施有機蔬菜生產經常會出現土壤中無機鹽類的累積、養分不平衡、重金屬累積、硝酸鹽含量過高及病蟲為害加劇等問題，而不利於蔬菜的生長，其解決之道在於塑造有機栽培的適宜環境，定時檢測土壤肥力及重金屬累積情形，並據以進行土壤培育。
According to the principles of organic product management, the basic definition of organic agriculture in Taiwan can be defined as a system which follows the sustainable concepts of recycling natural resources, do not use synthetic chemical substances, emphasizes the soil and water conservation and the management system of eco-balance in order to achieve the goal of safe and healthy crop production. Therefore, the materials used must originate in the farm or wastes from local livestock, and the balances of natural ecosystems and soil nutrient supply must be considered. Salt and heavy metal accumulations, nutrient imbalance, excess nitrate pollution and more serious problems of pest and disease were often found to decrease the production of organic vegetables in plastic house. The ways to resolve the foregoing problems are to create a suitable environment for organic production, and inspect the soil fertility and heavy metal accumulation periodically, then to conduct soil incubation bases on this information.
