本研究進行蒜膜回收裝置收集機構適用性評估,並配合蒜膜回收裝置入料設計進行匹配試驗及改良;設計各部機構並試製雛型機,使進料、減量處理及出料回收作業依序一貫完成。開發蒜瓣去膜機蒜膜回收裝置,改善原回收方式佔用空間、造成粉塵及後續處理不便等問題,除在蒜瓣去膜作業後予以適當減量處理使蒜膜不佔空間外,並可將粉塵分離易於後續處理或回收利用,使進料、減量處理及出料回收作業一次完成,易於蒜膜回收再利用,使蒜瓣去膜完全機械化有效降低生產成本。根據試驗結果蒜膜細碎度已達設計需求,蒜瓣脫膜每台斤平均產生0.96 L,蒜膜經減量機構處理後容量平均減少為0.24 L,即處理前後容量減少75%以上,細碎蒜膜成細條狀平均長度約6 mm,試製之減量機構可同時處理3台以上脫膜機處理量。
A membrane recycling device attached to garlic membrane remover was developed and tested in this study. Some shortcomings like operation space consumption, dust pollution and inconvenient post-handling would be improved, and feeding, reducing and discharging operation of garlic membrane could be operated at the same time by using this membrane recycling device. With this device, garlic recycling operation may become easier and garlic membrane removing operation could be more mechanized and cost down effectively. According to test results, the grinding level of this device had met design requirements and one membrane recycling device could work with 3 garlic membrane remover at the same time. The volume of garlic membrane could be reduced to 75% after grinding process and the ground garlic membranes become to thin stripe types with average length of 6mm.
