在此研究中以合作計畫方式開發循環式乾燥機線上型電阻式水份計。利用取樣機構的改良以解決取樣不均之問題。稻穀含水率與電阻物性之關係係利用國內稻穀品種。乾燥機作業時,此型水份計之量測值與烤箱法測定所得之標準值比較後,在12~20%濕基範圍,其誤差於1.0%之內,此型水份計已商品化生產。
An on-line resistance-type moisture sensor adopted by circulating dryer was developed by the domestic manufacturer under the cooperative project. The mechanisms of the sensing systems were modified to solve the sampling problems. The relationships between moisture contents of grains and its conductance was established for local rice varieties. Comparing the moisture contents determined from the sensors with those from the standard oven drying method, the deviations was within 1.0% under the measuring range from 20 to 12% w.b.. These sensors have been commercialized.
