Abstract

螺旋粉蝨（Aleurodicus disperses Russell）為蔬菜、果樹、行道樹及景觀樹木上之重要害蟲，入侵臺灣後快速擴散至各地，常造成作物及景觀樹木鉅大損害。本文搜集有關本種粉蝨之形態、生態等各項特徵，以及防治方法，力股予整理。內容包括：外部形態、地理分布、寄主植物、危害特徵、成蟲活動、產卵習性、族群消長、發育與溫度關係、空間分布、天敵種類及防治方法等。 The spiralling whitefly, Aleurodicus dispersus Russell, was accidentally introduced into Taiwan in 1988, and spread poses a serious threat to fruits-trees, forest-trees, food crops, omamentals and shade trees throughout Taiwan. This paper summarizes the programme of this whitefly, including the following items: external features, geographical distribution, range of host plant, symptom of damage, development and temperature, adult activity, oviposition behavior, spatial distribution, population flactuation and control measures.
