甘藷原產熱帶美洲,生長期間需要較高溫,當種植期間受低溫逆境危害時,甘藷葉長.葉寬.葉柄長.莖長.根長.根直徑及葉數皆顯著降低,而以電子顯微鏡觀察亦發現葉細胞之長及寬.葉柄細胞之長.根細胞之長及寬皆變小.
Sweet potatoes are originally from South American,and they grow at higher temperatures,If sweet potatoes encounter low temperatures,the growth of leaf length,leaf width,petiole length,root length,root diameter, stem length,and leaf number will be remarkably reduced.The reduction of elongation growth of the epidermal cells in above organs can be observes using a microscope.
