將甘藷分別於春作及秋作種植,以探討不同氣象條件下甘藷塊根產量之表現,並瞭解影響甘藷塊根產量之氣象因子。本試驗於嘉義氣象站及嘉義農試所進行,結果顯示秋作甘藷在不同生育時期其塊根重皆高於春作,而春作甘藷不同生育時期莖重則高於秋作,且達顯著差異,此可能因春作甘藷生育期間月平均氣溫及月累積雨量皆高於秋作,利於地上部生長;而秋作业藷生育期間月平均日夜溫差高於春作甘藷,利於甘藷塊根肥大,使秋作塊根重高於春作。
The effects of climatic factors on the storage root yield of spring and fall were studied in Chiayi Agricultural Station and Chiayi Weather Service office. Results indicated that the storage root yield of fall was significantly higher than spring during growth periods, and the vine yield of spring was significantly higher than fall during growth periods. As for the climatic factors, such as air temperature, and precipitation on spring were higher than fall, that would promote the yield of vine. The daily temperature range of fall was higher than spring during growth periods, that would enlarge the storage root of sweet potato. The storge yield was higher on fall than on spring.
