Abstract: | 水稻為我國最重要的糧食作物，自台灣光復以後，政府為充裕糧胥，致力加强稻作研究與生產，在各界共同努力下，著有非常顯著的績效，育成優良的品種，改善栽培技術，進而推廣機械化栽培，使台灣水稻生產技術揚名國內外，生產面積曾高達每年七十八萬公頃，單位面積產量亦逐年遞增，貢獻至偉。 |
